The social/digital space isn’t specific platforms but any space that drives conversation and builds community, leading everything I do to be rooted in culture, driving every creative strategy, dept structure, and leadership decision.

With over 13 years of experience across design, art direction, social, and creative leadership, I am a culture-first leader who has successfully driven brand building through fun thinking, niche community strategy and engaging conversation. I’ve successfully grown and nurtured a multi-disciplined creative department, establishing new processes and workflows to maximise efficiency. I have led and won campaigns for local and global brands, including; UNIQLO, The Peninsula Hotels, Lounge by Zalando, Sainsbury’s, Stella Artois, Philips, Nestlé, and more.

My international experience, including shoots in Europe and 18 months in Tokyo co-creating and launching the brand voice for Co:Labs, has provided a deeper understanding of cultural differences and needs, the different ways of working, and navigating the APAC market.

As well as being a hustler by day, by night I’m a SheSays committee member, mentor, speaker, artist, and major advocate for a better, equal workplace for women. My side hustles have won personal awards, launched change-making campaigns, and led to my work exhibited.
